3.4 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@accuratetip.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Upon deletion:

• Your access to the Services will be terminated
• Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Active VIP subscriptions will be cancelled (no refunds for remaining time)
• You will lose access to all predictions and content

4 Services Description

4.1 What We Provide

Accurate Tip provides football (soccer) prediction services, including:

• Match predictions and analysis for major leagues and competitions
• Statistical data and trends
• Expert commentary and insights
• Betting tips and recommendations (free and VIP tiers)
• Educational content about betting strategies
• Community features (Telegram channel, forums)

4.2 Nature of Our Service

Our Services are informational and educational in nature. We provide predictions and analysis based on statistical models, expert knowledge, and historical data. However:

• We do not guarantee accuracy: All predictions are estimates and opinions
• We are not a betting operator: We do not accept bets or wagers
• We do not provide financial advice: Our content is for entertainment and informational purposes
• Past performance does not guarantee future results: Historical win rates do not predict future outcomes

4.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time
• Change our prediction methodology or coverage

• Restrict access to certain features or content

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but we are not obligated to do so.

4.4 Service Availability

5 VIP Membership

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer VIP membership subscriptions that provide access to premium predictions and features. Subscription plans include:

• Monthly Plan: $10 per month
• Quarterly Plan: $25 per 3 months
• Annual Plan: $80 per year

Prices are subject to change with notice to existing subscribers. New prices apply to new subscriptions and renewals.

5.2 Free Trial

New VIP members receive a 7-day free trial. During the trial:

• You have full access to VIP features
• You may cancel at any time with no charge
• Your subscription automatically renews after 7 days unless cancelled
• You will be charged the full subscription price upon renewal

5.3 Payment and Billing

By subscribing to VIP membership, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Update payment information promptly if it changes

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We do not store your full payment card details.

5.4 Automatic Renewal

VIP subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription price. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the renewal date.

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Automatic renewal is disabled
• You can resubscribe at any time

5.6 Refund Policy

General Policy: Due to the nature of our Services (instant access to predictions), we generally do not provide refunds after the free trial period ends.

Exceptions: We may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

• Technical issues preventing service access (if unresolved within reasonable time)
• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Subscription purchased by minors without parental consent

To request a refund, contact support@accuratetip.com within 7 days of the charge with a detailed explanation.

5.7 VIP Benefits Not Guaranteed

While VIP membership provides access to our highest-confidence predictions, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Prediction accuracy or win rates
• Betting profits or returns
• Specific number of predictions per day/week/month
• Coverage of specific matches or leagues

6 User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

6.1 Lawful Use

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use our Services only for lawful purposes
• Not use our Services if betting is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Be solely responsible for determining the legality of betting activities in your location

6.2 Responsible Gambling

• Gamble responsibly and within your means
• Set and adhere to personal betting limits
• Seek help if gambling becomes problematic
• Understand that betting involves risk of loss
• Never bet more than you can afford to lose

6.3 Accurate Information

• Provide truthful and accurate information when creating an account
• Update your information promptly when it changes
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6.4 Respectful Conduct

• Treat other users, staff, and community members with respect
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Not post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

6.5 Independent Decision Making

• Understand that our predictions are opinions, not guarantees

7 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempt to access areas of the Services you are not authorized to access
• Circumvent security measures or authentication mechanisms
• Access another user's account without permission
• Share VIP account credentials with others

7.2 Content Misuse

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our predictions, analysis, or content without permission
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from our website
• Republish our content on other websites, apps, or platforms
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization

7.3 System Interference

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Overload or attempt to crash our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software

7.4 Fraudulent Activity

• Use stolen payment methods or fraudulent financial information
• Attempt to claim refunds through false or misleading claims
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions
• Engage in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse

7.5 Inappropriate Behavior

• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff

8 Intellectual Property

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any rights to:

• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

8.3 Trademarks

"Accurate Tip," our logo, and other marks are trademarks of Accurate Tip Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

8.4 User Content

If you submit content to our Services (comments, feedback, suggestions), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for any purpose related to our Services.

8.5 Copyright Infringement

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy: We do not warrant that predictions or information are accurate, complete, or reliable
• Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our Services
• Security: We do not warrant that our Services are secure or free from viruses
• Results: We do not guarantee any specific results, profits, or outcomes from using our predictions
• Fitness for Purpose: We do not warrant that our Services meet your specific requirements

9.1 No Professional Advice

10.2 Direct Damages

• The amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
• $100 USD

10.3 Basis of Bargain

You acknowledge that these limitations are fundamental elements of the bargain between you and Accurate Tip, and that we would not provide the Services without these limitations.

12 Termination

You may terminate your account and stop using our Services at any time by:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms

• Abusive behavior
• Failure to pay fees (VIP members)
• Inactivity for extended periods
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases
• We may delete your account data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Sections of these Terms that should survive termination remain in effect

12.4 Survival

The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and General Provisions.

13 Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@accuratetip.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Provide a detailed description of the dispute and your desired resolution.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.3 Arbitration Agreement

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Accurate Tip agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, except:

• You may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify
• Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement

Arbitration Rules: Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND ACCURATE TIP AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. You waive any right to:

• Participate in class actions
• Join consolidated proceedings
• Serve as class representative or member

13.5 Jurisdiction

To the extent arbitration does not apply, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.

14 Changes to Terms

• We will notify VIP members of material changes via email

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government actions.

15.6 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accurate Tip, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your betting activities
